
The PCI After-School Program is designed to support your child’s growth in a safe, fun, and enriching environment. Whether they are unleashing their creativity with art supplies, engaging in group activities, or benefiting from therapeutic services, every participant is encouraged to thrive.

On-site therapeutic services to support mental and emotional well-being

On-site tutoring to boost academic performance

Family services support & advocacy for a holistic approach to care
And the best part? It’s completely FREE for all participants, thanks to the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant!

Elementary School program at Pagosa Springs Elementary School

Middle School program at Pagosa Springs Middle School

Various Clubs throughout school year have various locations
Transportation:
For specialized clubs, PCI will provide transportation from the Elementary School or Middle School to club sites. Transportation from other locations to the program sites will not be provided at this time.

Our After-School Program uses a weighted lottery system to ensure families with the greatest need have the opportunity to participate.
Registration does not guarantee a spot for your student. Please allow 48 business hours to be contacted by the Youth Program Director to discuss acceptance or waitlist options.

Here's how it works
Submit an Application:
Provide details about your student and household.
Assessment of Need:
We review each application, considering factors such as household income and educational support needs.
Weighted Lottery:
Families with higher demonstrated needs receive additional weight in the lottery.
Notification:
Families will be notified of their status and next steps via email. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment for the students who need it most.
*Registration during the school year does not guarantee a spot and requires review of our waitlist. Please allow up to 48 Business hours for a response from the Youth Programming Director.
